  What an absolute disgrace. After urging my son to make an appointment at your surgery, he did so , which I know would not have been easy for him as he doesn't normally ask for help. His appointment was with Dr Francis O'Neil who took it upon herself not to listen to his request for help and instead dismissed it saying that he did not fully explain his symptoms to the receptionist at the time of booking. I find this absolutely appalling. What has happened to patient confidentiality ? The fact that he has now not been treated or listened to has left me and his father very worried and suggest that with the statistics of suicides especially at this time of year that you review your methods of treatment. Shame on you.

  I had an appointment today at 9 am I saw the doctor at 8.55 who then wanted me to have a blood test, he told me to ask at reception which I did by 9.20 I was leaving the building seen by the doctor and had my blood taken. I realise it can’t allways be this smooth but I was well impressed today. The receptionist the nurse and the doctor were all extremely nice and very caring
